This one is a tap dripping, i have to show the water hesitate to drop by wobbling briefly:

And this is a slightly longer bit of animation where i had to use at least three different shots in a brief sequence using simple backgrounds and characters:

Neither are very good, but hey - practice makes perfect.
Other tests i have done but haven't got online yet are; ball bouncing, a cuckoo clock, a heavy object falling and a cannon firing.
I'll try to get them compiled into a big video eventually.. C:

The first one could be a bit better. It doesn't really look like a droplet, more like an egg or something and the tap (?) doesn't really keep it's volume. The other animation was a lot better though, I like the scene thing you did too.
