This is impressive, I like the humor a lot better in this one than your previous flashes.

But there's one thing that bothers me, and it's the lineart and the coloring of the characters, it sort of doesn't suit the backgrounds. The colors of the characters is very vibrant while the colors of the backgrounds are fine. The lineart looks kinda rushed at times and it kinda bugs me since the background is without outlines as the characters do have outlines. But, you could color the outlines of the characters to make it suit better. Or, you could just do the backgrounds with the brushtool.

But when you do backgrounds with brushtool you really can't rush it or it will look terrible. It's easier to rush backgrounds with linetool though.
